Twice as many brits email on the iphone than any other smartphone...

Stats from Comscore have revealed that 75% of UK iPhone users access their email on their phone - more than double the average for smartphones. The news kicks dirt in the eyes of critics who don't like the onscreen keyboard.

The Red Croc Bag

Mobile users, especially women, who have the Nokia N65 and Blackberry Storm or as the media has been going crazy about recently the Iphone being used by 65% of smartphone users to email..

I saw this beautiful Red Croc Bag on flickr.com and mentioned it to my sister who loves bags.
The detail and craftsmanship is excellent as can be seen from the vibrant colour in the picture
Does this bag have an inside pocket for your mobile phone??
It is so difficult to keep rummaging through your bag trying to locate the phone, carrying shopping and eating a sandwich at the same time.
This has a similar material to the Alejandro Zvuri smartphone leather wallet on youtube..

Piece of Mind

Piece of Mind

We're not all 24 hour news channel journalists and usually things sent in a hurry require a clarification conversation anyway. So, ditch the blackberry 'commission closing mentality' and resort to your watch and timely breaks.

Perhaps in the modern era, nothing illustrates this more than the explosion of the 'status' of owning a blackberry or other, smartphone. Data entry is a 2 handed affair but, when being mobile, is quite another. The sell for the blackberry is usually a biz professional on the move, not literally, but usually sat, in transit at airports or train stations. In the real world, we abbreviate the message, yet, want to portray a professional response just in case the reply includes the original email sent from the blackberry! Too much abbreviation does lead to misunderstandings.
Voice clips are a handy way to convey this: the magic that Push To Talk was supposed to have promised...

Our methods of working have never been so teased with such ground-breaking technology. I'd really rather have a piece of paper with a simple list for those reminders, collate my thoughts and reply when its convenient to me.

'Let me get back to you in an hour', 'after lunch', 'by 4pm' are great templates to have in the phone, and then ensuring with our 4 o'clock sugar boost break we reply coherently to these messages on the move. Set these reminders in your phone you could even time them with your 'gratitude' breaks for greater success.

Try it. Its Free.

How Far to Web 3.0?

How far to Web 3.0?

Time again, for looking at the types of products I've seen on my travels.

Thinking about the value of a slave card, i quickly came to realise that to keep oneself free of bondage, conned custom givers ' consumers'... want peace of mind, even though there is quite a lot involved in then pursuing any claim regarding faulty goods or service albeit a further strain on one's time and energy.

So, sourcing, and building a relationship with one's 'trustees' /network requires the seller to further confirm, provide warranty and/or make up for shortcomings when a product is purchased.

Adding to the STRETCHED-fictitious plethora of benefits and uses relevant to that buyer - what do i as a customer actually want from a product or service? [in the case of a mobile, I really could care less about everything thrown on a mobile if I can't sms on it, or quickly add a calendar entry]. Hence, striving to source, maintain and follow up on a purchase is something that can be done via this new interface.

A handy service for a handier kind of card.

The Art of Writing

Reviewing , and having been a constant tester of the usual new organiser 'games' that manufacturers and software makers play...
I'm tired, I've been played.

When I want to focus clearly on something , it gets done , i write it down and boom. Thanks, we're moving on. What i've tried to do in this series of blogs is incorporate some of the things , that have blocked or created tangents for focussed growth in a number of projects. One's own psyche, especially if you're a product of the Thatcher era. Have come about through an F.U attitude in response to being told what to do ... right from when the lunch time and games that used to go on , when T came along.

YES. Ladies and gentlemen of the 5% of talented people that were promised positions as the creme de la creme of work structures...

We were suckerpunched.

Today's topic, is simply, focus on the 1 main thing. How, jot it down , on any piece of paper, find a pen you love to write with! My niece recently bought a pack of 20! YEAH TWENTY!!! PENS! Roller ball, expensive pens! And, guess who introduced her to using and enjoying different kinds of pens, yeah ... I had a small part to play in that fancy of hers. Still, it came back and has benefited me... and now for another 'guess what' , my colleagues, when wanting to borrow a pen , have not returned it!!! So, I'm on my 3rd pen, issued by my gem of a niece! ... # next time, the paper that she writes on!A lovely notepad, that is a real pleasure to write on.

Oh why oh why have I been cost-cutting in Aldi and the rest, when my inspiration, my strategies, plans and endeavours, are worth countiless ' benefits'!

Take pleasure in planning , in HAND-WRITING! Your future plans, the simple act of creation is the first step in manifestation.

Todays Advertising

A.A. Gill pointed out in his rather fond nostalgia piece over the weekend that, in the process putting the agencies, the named variety, at the elixir of capitalsim, advertising is boring.

Accompanied by a cheesy reminiscence of what used to be a 'cruise/drive'...with chripy blondes and a 'beardy'... the current advert by a far Eastern car brand, bellows that a car's brand owners will ulitmately dictate their preference of modernity, based on their opiate-roots, courtesy of the Great British Empire.

So, we're left with gormless grin for the camera' morons parading for their performance royalites, selling us. Yes, us, to sovereign wealth funds buying up the brands. Comedy was never so cheap and cheerful, laughing at idiots is now the wanton choice for viewing between slots of programs we actually want to see. Still, we should be grateful we're not in Oosa having to be exposed to this papp every 3 minutes.

What we buy, watch, give energy to comes back to us three fold, post the comical 'good v.evil' world of bish-bush... comedy may just get better and in these credo crunching times, cheaper.

what is that tune??

A DJ friend had heard a tune and was wondering what this tune was. He emailed me the link and told me it was a jazz soul track, i was intrigued as music is my thing. So i checked out the youtube link.

It was a soft soothing female vocalist jazz track with images of a Zvuri italian leather wallet. I asked him what this wallet was for? as it looked quite good. 'its a smart wallet' he replied.

A smart wallet, how do you mean?

"Apparently, it can hold a blackberry, iphone, nokia, samsung, ericsson and smartphone as well as your credit card and cash," he explaned.

It made me think of the times, i left my phone in the flat and left just with my wallet, not very practical!!

All my music is on my mobile and if this wallet could be the answer then great....

I still dont know the name of the track so if any body can help, please let me know......

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukQtPpurWx8

All I could make out of the tune, was ' You're very special' ... and yes, Amina Haq certainly is very special!...
